Wanderers fail to claim top spot
BRORA Wanderers missed the chance to go top of the North West Sutherland League when they lost 5-3 to Helmsdale United last Saturday.
Dean Cowie, Bobby Gunn, Duncan Davidson, Billy Cairns and an own goal accounted for Helmsdale’s goals.

GOLSPIE Sutherland have been drawn against Wick Academy in the first round of the AJG Parcels North of Scotland Cup. The Sutherland side, who won four cups in the North Caledonian League last season, will face the Highland League outfit at King George V Park on Tuesday, July 29.
