Gullane golfer wins at Junior Tour Scotland Tournament at Royal Dornoch Golf Club
Oliver Mukherjee claimed victory at the Junior Tour Scotland tournament at Royal Dornoch Golf Club.
The Gullane Golf Club member claimed victory by three shots over 54 holes at the Sutherland course.
He took the lead after the first round with a score of 64 and stayed top of the leaderboard throughout the competition, following up with rounds of 68 and 71 to finish with a score of 202.
Alex Innes was the top Royal Dornoch golfer as he finished in 50th place.
Glenbervie Golf Club’s Ross Laird and Royal Burgess’s Archie Finnie finished in joint second place with a score of 205.
In the women’s competition, Freya Russell, of Royal Troon Golf Club, and Eilidh Henderson, of Ladybank Golf Club, both finished their 54 holes with a score of 224.
Carys Irvine, of Craiglaw Golf Club, and Jade Potter, of Northampton Golf Club, shared third place with scores of 230.
