Brora golfer claims victory in North Winter Alliance fixture

David Joel came out on top as he secured victory at the North Winter Golf Alliance fixture at Brora Golf Club.

The Brora Golf Club member was tied on 67 with fellow clubmate Ross Naismith. But he took the victory thanks to a better inward half.

Connor Hall, also a member at Brora Golf Club, finished in third place six shots behind with a 73.

Robert Macdonald from Brora Golf Club claimed victory in the category one section with a net 70.

Garry Pullen of Golspie Golf Club won the category two section with a net score of 65.

Fiona Harper of Wick Golf Club won the ladies section with a net score of 78.
