Walking Tour
Join Lynne Mahoney and Anne Coombs for a dive into the history of the Clearances and Empire in East Sutherland today from 11am-3pm. The event starts with a talk at Historylinks Museum, Dornoch, followed by an exploration of the ‘cleared’ townships of Strath Carnaig at The Mound. Jointly hosted by the UHI Centre for History, Histoylinks Museum and Dornoch BID as part of the Dornoch Spring Highland Festival. Book on Eventbrite.
Easter Open Day
Easter Egg Hunt in the woodlands and walled garden of Scourie Lodge, Scourie, on Friday 11am-3pm. Solve the puzzles to find the answer.

Art Fair
East Sutherland Art Society art fair at Fountain Hall, Golspie, on Saturday 11am-3pm. There will be over 20 stalls showing and selling members’ art and related craftwork. Refreshments provided by Golspie Rowing Club. Free entry.
Film
Community Cinema at Timespan, Helmsdale, on Saturday 11am-1pm. A screening of the 75-minute documentary Eating Up Easter about the challenges facing Rapa Nui (Easter Island).
Family Fun Day
Family fun day at Dornoch Free Church on Saturday from 12pm. Scavenger hunt, bouncy castle, face painting, Easter crafts and more. Free BBQ. All welcome. Part of the Dornoch Spring Highland Festival Fortnight.
Bowling Club
Brora Bowling Club opens for the season on Saturday 2pm. Visitors and new members of all ages welcome. Fun night every Friday 7pm.
Quiz Night
