Timespan in Helmsdale to launch summer season with an evening of live music, food and fun





TIMESPAN Museum and Arts Centre in Helmsdale is launching its 2025 summer season with an evening of events on Saturday, March 29.

A spokesperson for the museum said: “We have organised a packed evening of arts and entertainment, with live music, food and fun for people of all ages.”

A new exhibition, Red Herring by Joanne Coates, opens at 5pm. The Made in Helmsdale choir will perform some traditional herring girls songs from 6.30pm and food and drinks (£5 per person) will be served between 7pm and 8pm.

From 8pm there will be an exciting line-up of live music to keep the cel ebrations going with performances by local musicians and a free DJ set by Ms Niceboy from Glasgow.

Timespan will be open from 10am to 5pm every day until the end of the summer season
