Three police incidents in East Sutherland

Police have confirmed that three minor incidents took place in the Golspie/Dornoch area yesterday.

At just gone 10am, a woman was injured at the North of Scotland Kart Club, Golspie. The Air Ambulance attended and the woman was taken to hospital. She was discharged later yesterday afternoon.

A single vehicle accident occurred on the A9 at Trentham near Dornoch at 1pm.

The car left the road and required recovery. The 23 year old male driver was not injured but he will be reported for driving offences.

At 3.36pm, on the A9 near Dunrobin Castle, Golspie, there was also a single vehicle accident. The car left the road and collided with a wall. The 57-year-old female driver was not injured.
