Tain Gala 2025 Prince and Princess have been chosen and now the hunt is on for Gala Queen
Tain Gala Association has chosen its prince and princess for the town’s 2025 gala, which runs from July 3-5.
Ryan Murray and Lucy Nimmons were chosen at a Valentine’s Day disco. Children in P6 and P7 were eligible. The pair will take centre stage at the Tain Gala community festival events in late June.
The gala association has thanked Tain Royal Academy Community Complex (TRACC) for hosting the Valentine’s Disco and also the volunteers who helped out on the night.
Nominations are now open for the 2025 Gala Queen and attendant with the closing date for entries being Friday, February 28.
The people nominated should be aged between 14 and 18 and live in the Tain catchment area.
