Sutherland crofts for sale in stunning setting





Two Sutherland crofts have come on the market for the first time in several decades.

Achlich and Gruids, located two miles from Lairg, are being offered for sale by Galbraith with an asking price in excess of £475,000.

Totalling approximately 173 acres, Achlich and Gruids are two separate crofts with a mix of good quality pasture suitable for silage production, permanent pasture, rough grazings and parcels of coniferous and mixed species woodland. The land is all under crofting tenure.

Included in the sale are a decrofted traditional farmhouse, farm buildings and steading, a derelict croft house and access to common grazings.
