Members of the public called for more “transparency and clarity” about what was happening to the Highland Council-operated airfield, which was put up for lease in September 2023.
They also asked why barriers had been erected at the airfield, making it difficult to park.
It is understood a company called Gizzen Briggs is close to signing a five-year lease of the airfield.
