North train cancelled because crew member is "unavailable"

The 8.12am Wick to Inverness train this morning – due in at 12.15pm has been cancelled.

Scotrail say this is due to a member of the train crew being unavailable.

A replacement bus will operate from Wick/Thurso direct to Inverness, replacement buses will also operate from Wick/Thurso calling stations to Inverness. There will also be a replacement bus starting on time from Tain at 11.09am calling stations to Inverness.
