A flash mob highlighting ‘workout at work’ has reached over 100,000 people after a video of it was posted on to NHS Highland's Facebook page.

NHS Highland staff, patients and members of the public were treated to the display over their lunch at the Raigmore Hospital canteen on Friday.

Entertaining the crowd were the Musuloskeletal and Occupational Health Physiotherapists who chose the flash mob as a way of highlighting national Workout at Work Day.

Dancing to the rousing “500 miles” by the Proclaimers the video has now been viewed over 51,000 times with a reach of over 100,000.

Judith Arnaud, Occupational Health Physiotherapist and also one of the participants, said: “This was a bit of fun to highlight an important message about keeping moving while at work.

“We’re all delighted it's reached so many people and that many of those who have seen it are talking about having their own workout at work event."

You can view the video on the NHS Highland Facebook page.
