New knitting and crocheting group to start in Golspie
Looking for a new pursuit as the winter nights draw in? Go Golspie Development Trust is starting up a new knitting and crocheting group.
The group’s inaugural meeting will take place at the YMCA Building on the village's Main Street next Wednesday, November 1, from 7.30pm-9.30pm, and weekly from thereafter.
A Go Golspie spokesperson said: “Thanks to funding we have been given, we’re starting up a new free crafting group for those who love all things woollen.
“Whatever your interest, knitting or crocheting, come and join us. Bring along your latest woollen projects and enjoy a warm space with like-minded crafter."
