A motorcycle MOT garage could be set to open on an Easter Ross industrial estate after plans were lodged with Highland Council.

Applicant Cadbollmech Ltd is seeking permission to change the use of a building in the Blarliath Industrial Estate in Tain from storage to an MOT testing centre.

It also wants to install an MOT testing station inside the building, which is located at Unit 7B.

Highland Council's environmental health officers have made no objections.

The planning application will be decided at a future date.
