An Inverness long-distance cyclist is back on track after covering 70 miles on the fifth day of his epic road trip.
Alasdair Fraser is currently hoping to cycle the 1000-mile route between Gdansk in Poland and the Gellions pub in Inverness in aid of the Ukrainian appeal.
At the end of last week he had to stop after only 30 miles due to extremely high winds.
However, by the end of yesterday, he had almost reached the German border and had stopped in Świnoujście.
Mr Fraser said he eventually arrived at a hotel at the end of that leg of the journey.
