The team of Alec Everard and Catriona Marshal, both S3, and Nia Newman and Katy Paterson, both S4, did very well against stiff competition from 13 Highland schools in this annual competition.
They just failed to qualify for the national finals Ardnamurchan, Millburn, Dingwall and Charleston schools go through and will compete against the top private and state schools in Scotland at Glasgow Science Centre in November.
