Do you want to join pipe band on north coast trip?
The Sutherland Caledonian Pipe Band are travelling north on Saturday for a one-off visit to Tongue and Bettyhill.
And there are seats on their bus for anyone who wants to join them – on a first come, first served basis.

Last Saturday night, the largest turnout of the band in recent years paraded in Fountain Road, Golspie, with 18 pipers, six side drummers, two tenor drummers, a base drummer and Ian Sutherland out in front with the mace!
A number of new recruits made their debut - Julie Rutherford, Lois Morrison, David McHardy, Jamie Kelly and Malcolm Paton, all on pipes. In Jason Nicolson’s absence, due to ill health,, Sam Baddon has been a more than competent replacement on the big drum.
The grand total of £247 was collected in the cans.
