Inverness store set to close its doors in the Eastgate Centre

A store in the Eastgate Centre is set to shut its doors on May 21.

Smiggle, which is situated on the upper floor of the Centre and sells children’s school items has announced that it is closing.

The nearest available store will now be in Aberdeen.

Smiggle and the Eastgate Centre have been contacted for comment.

Earlier this year, Lakeland announced that it was moving from the Eastgate Centre to Simpsons Garden Centre on the outskirts of the city

The food court in the shopping complex is currently under a revamp as new operator Cru Holdings has taken on the management for it.
