All are welcome at Women's Wellness Festival on Sunday

A special free event takes place at Lyth Arts Centre on Sunday (March 19) called the Women’s Wellbeing Festival.

All ages and genders are welcome to join the North Highland Women’s Wellness Hub at the arts venue for the inaugural event which runs from 11am until 4pm and includes guest speakers; female-led business trade stalls; activities for kids; live music by gifted female artists; lots of health info stalls; “come and try” period simulator for men; food and drink; and the launch of a new exhibition by Shetland artist Vivian Ross-Smith
